How to Use

Choose a suitable height according to your needs and fix it.

Lightly lean on the inversion table and slowly lie down with hands holding the handle. If the back panel does not rotate, you can raise the limiting bar.

Adjust the rotation angle, select the required inversion angle, and slowly rotate to the required angle position with hands holding the handles.

At the end of the inversion, you can slowly back to the balance position with hands holding the handles.
